Return and Refund Policy
At bteasy.com we do not promote Return of good or products once purchased. However, the same shall only be processed in case of a damaged product received at your end or the product ordered does not match the specifications as mentioned on the website.
For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. The same shall be governed by:
- Only damaged products or products delivered other than ordered are covered in this policy
- To initiate a return, you are requested to write an email regarding the dispute on delivery with the pictures of the product received to email@example.com
- Mention your contact number in the email
- Mention “Return or of Product-XXXXX, Order No. – XXXx” in the Subject of the email
- We should receive the above email within 2 days of the product delivered to you
- On receipt of your email our team shall check the details and respond back to you with the solution within 4 working days
- It shall be whole and sole your responsibility to pack the product in the condition it has been received. If there are any specific packaging instructions involved, it will be sent over to you by email.
- Our executive will come and pick up the product from you
- The same shall be replaced within 15 working days of the receipt of the product by us
- The products need to be unused. If the product is used, it will not be accepted back by the seller.
- Tags, warranty cards and any other accessories that have come with the product need to be returned intact.
- We do not facilitate exchange of an item. You need to return the current product and order a new one.
- The products are not returned to bteasy.com. They are returned to the seller. While most third-party sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to bteasy.com, some of their returns policies may vary. You may have to contact the seller directly in case of any concern.
- Return is not possible if it is initiated more than 2 days after delivery.
