Shipping and Delivery Policy
- All Products purchased from the Website or mobile app shall be delivered to the Buyers by standard transport or courier services by bteasy.com or by the Sellers themselves.
- All deliveries where applicable shall be made on a best efforts basis. We shall make our best effort to deliver the Products within 15 days of the order placed
- The logistics partner supported by the seller will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case you are not reachable or do not accept delivery of products the respective Seller reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion
- An estimated delivery time shall be 5 days from the date of placing your order. You will receive an email confirming the summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location
- The delivery time of 5 days exclude any government or public holidays and Sundays
- The delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances
- In case where damage has been caused to the Products ordered or a different product has been delivered, the Return Policy shall apply
- We will not delivery Products which have been ordered to be delivered outside the territorial boundaries of India
- In case of multiple purchases of Products in one transaction, the Seller(s) may deliver the same together or and may deliver them as per the availability but within the committed timelines of delivery.
- In case of delivery of the product at an address other than the registered address, you required to purchase the Products under separate transactions and provide separate delivery addresses for each transaction
- bteasy.com shall not compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery
- The company reserves the right to change the Shipping and Delivery Policy anytime with or without informing the users of the website and mobile app.
